There are all kinds of crabby people in the area, so I wouldn't trust the reviews. The post office is decent and the workers are good people. Sometimes it gets busy but it is a post office. Update: It has been a few years since my review and I still stand by it. The area has gotten even busier but the service still remains great. Kyle and the staff are always helpful and do their best. 7/26/22 Update: Ralph was an immense help today. My review still stands.

I ship out of this United States Postal Service Location weekly for business and they are fast, friendly, and to the point. Ive had issues with the Postal Service before but it wasn't regarding this office location. There is a nice lady on the right that I see almost every time and she's very sweet and remembers faces. Perhaps the reviews on this location are for national issues or with mail delivery issues not regarding this office because ive only experience professional behavior and fast service here at this location.

Yep, 9-5.
The parcel locker is designed to do that. Carriers lock the package inside and put the key in the mail box. Once you put the key in and get your item it will not lock back up properly until the carrier comes and locks it back up. If you still an issue call the post office directly.

Go to the facility. U will only get thru on the phone early morning or never. U may have to hound them because I did to finally get my mail transferred and receive missing mail and a really large box. Its a hassle stay on them!!
I would also say it depends on issue. I've always had good customer service at St Rose, but there is a really nice lady at the Henderson post office further down on Horizon, whom is generally helpful.
Usually first one is free. if u lose them, like I did, they charge you. ask ur postman
sender required signature. so postman left a "sorry we missed you" card.
You have to contact the senders and askbto be removed from the list they are mailing
Yes, up to 30 days. Be VEEEERY specific on where u want it to go or if u want to hold ur mail or if u want to forward. I still have mail that was held and never forwarded
