If I could give them 0 stars I would. First and foremost after 3 services, the products do not work. The technicians were either hours early or hours late. They were supposed to clear spiderwebs and clean inside our house which they did not do (they treated the inside on the initial visit but that is it and it did not help). The salesman Ryan stated that we could cancel at any time, as long as we had one more treatment. When we tried to cancel he then told us that it was the “cost” of another payment, and we would not receive the final service. This is a company of liars and scammers. Also, one of techs harassed me and my wife to give him a 5 star google review with his name so he would win a gift card, so please take all 5 star reviews with a grain of salt.

***UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS NOW HARASSING ME WITH OVERDUE PAYMENT REQUESTS AND 3RD PARTY ACTION EVEN THOUGHT THEY REFUNDED ME!! I HAVE MADE A 2ND COMPLIANT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF NEW YORK UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Very disappointed with this company. Two concerns to be aware of. First, if you use them you are committing to a 2 year contract. They do NOT make this clear when they give you the pitch. Second, they are unprofessional. I did sign up for the to remove spiders and a hornets nest (and would later find out it was a 2 year commitment). Later, that same evening (7 pm), I had 2 calls from neighbors telling me this company was canvassing the neighbor, using my name as a “new and satisfied” customer telling them I had a significant rodent problem. Wow! First of all, I did not give them permission to use my name, second my neighbors now think I have rat problem (that could then become their problem). Of course I was upset and demanded the contract be cancelled. This turned out to be difficult to do and I finally had to call their HQ in NEVADA to get this done. My advice: stay far away from these guys.

Had them spray for fleas, they schedule a follow up and then tell you its an extra service and costs more. Can never get a person on the phone. First time they sprayed one of them said they were scared of cats and refused to enter the room. Rep will promise you the moon and then not follow up.
