Went to return my dog bed and had the rudest cashier. I work at a different Marshalls so I know a lot of the protocols. She didn’t greet me at all despite me being very friendly to her since I know it can be stressful in customer service and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, she basically sneered at me the entire time and didn’t even treat me with any respect.

It’s a very big store with tons of products! Great quantity with all kinds of cool stuff! Staff is useless though. Nobody is doing their job, most of the time I’ve seen people stand around on their phone. Also nobody greets nor offers help every single time I shop here. And I go once a week! If you are paying employees, please make sure they are working!

Great big store lots of variety. Marshalls home goods they have layaway too. Most Marshalls did away with it.
