Drs are great but organization itself is careless and not do what paid to do. Today I went for MRI and even though Forward stated they sent it it was found that they did not. Mistakes happen right? Call office and fix right? When I tried to use the app there was no immediate response. I looked up 3 numbers for them and all of them go to voicemail. It is not possible to get ahold directly to a human being. While at MRI office still the MRI staff in office tries to call Forward but also just gets call attendant run around also. Many times they say they doing something they don't really do. They always come back and say they sorry but never fix the issues. I have been there for a couple of years now hoping to have a good "Primary Care Dr." I have had a couple of really good Dr's but they left Forward for better pastures. In my time being there I have seen SEVEN Dr. rotate out and then you have to explain your case all over again. Nobody there really takes interest in you because eventually they will move on. Again I have had 2-3 really top Dr's there and the others are ok. In my opinion it is the Organization of the "Forward" business that is the issue.

I had to wait several months to get an appointment, yet I still keep getting billed. What is the point of the monthly billing if you cannot get seen right away. That is the only reason I woulf pay for a service like this when I could see a doctor for free elsewhere with my insurance

We can handle many urgent health concerns, and any member who chats in regarding things like stomach flu symptoms, a sore throat, or other less severe ailments, gets a response from their Care Team in a matter of minutes. You'd always have your Care Team available to you to answer these questions 24/7, regardless of where you are in the world and can schedule visits usually same-day or next-day when the concern is more urgent. Should you need hospitalization (such as for a broken bone or serious skin lesion), we assist in finding you the right hospital-based physician to address your needs or the best Emergency Room for your urgent concern or injury. The hospital would bill through your insurance, which is why many members keep some form of insurance. Care that you receive outside of Forward would be billed through your insurance plan.
Utilize the messaging feature in the app and ask your care team, they will literally answer anytime, day or night. Just this week I set up an appt at 1:30 in the morning because I went to bed worried about something but thinking I'd wait til morning, but then I woke up and it was bugging me so badly that I couldn't go back to sleep. A lot depends on what you're being seen for so the care team will know best when they see your appt info. Please don't put your business up on here😎 Best of luck tomorrow. I'm really happy with the care I'm getting thru Forward.
