The moment I step foot here I absolutely loved it I mean truly loved it yes I did prefer a different location but the service I received from my leasing consultant made me fall in love even more. She took extra time with us since my family was renting a 2nd unit so technically she was renting out 2 apartments that day and when I say she was amazing I mean amazing we even brought her lunch. NOW ONCE YOU SIGNED THAT LEASE EVERYTHING CHANGES!!! Now that I'm no longer a inquiring about a future home we get the worst coustmer service. Anytime there is an issue she sounds bothered I ask for one simple feasible thing can the carpet please be cleaned. I was told and given attitude "the carpet has been cleaned 3 times so if you don't like it you could choose another unit there's nothing we can do" now when I had the property manager look at it she asked my consultant to have it washed again. I purposely left some white confetti in spots of the house and it was still there I followed up with my consultant few days later I was given attitude and was told "they did the best they can and once I sign the lease everything is finalized so if I have an issue to pick another apartment" Now at by this time I've already moved services had deliveries set up so that response was very insensitive and unprofessional. What happened to my service before I was a resident 🤔 😕 very sad I will never refer anyone here again.

So i called to inquire and the rent was $1330-$1350 for a 1 bdrm...so thats great and was ready to apply, heres the funny part..are you ready? My area code is a nyc area code thats my hometown but I dont reside there, so shortly after they jumped the rent from $1350 to $1900 when I saw them a while ago to now and its been $1350, as soon as i call with a nyc number the rent sky rockets, I understand vegas is a desert and slow BUT to do that is ridiculous and I will not be swindled for a few bucks. I was literally going to apply but now I wont even consider. Anyone with a area code from an expensive state be careful they must think we are wealthy

I just wanted to say I moved into these apartments when they first opened. I was only supposed to stay 1 year. However ended up staying longer. In my many years here the staff handled every concern fast and without problems. I would go to the gym every morning and every day the manager Sandie would great me by name. Her and her staff would always go beyond what was asked of them. The Maintenance was always hard working and handled problems as well. I’m going to miss this place. I will come to visit just because of the hospitality. Thanks revolution
