Been here about 10 years. At first it was good. Maintenance, office staff, security and overall care of the property. That's no more, they don't keep up the property, and charge fines for something as little as a plant. The office staff is rude and lazy, always seems like they're eating. The pool not in front of the leasing office was shut down over 2 years and the jacuzzi has been shut down for over 3 years. Even though we have security, vehicles are still vandalized but if you stay 5 minutes past the 10 o'clock pool curfew you will be kicked out...security is horrible. The maintenance men have no clue what they are doing. Not worth it

The management staff is very unprofessional they will yell and scream at you from their golf carts as they drive around the property and also fail to identify themselves. It was a very scary and alarming situation that I experienced today. I believe there is a new property manager who is very very rude and will threaten you as she did with me today.Please me mindful of this woman!

Maria the prices have changed a lot, the only thing I can tell you is that it is the cheapest place we can find but I am talking about 7 months ago it would be better if you go to the solevita website or you personally come, I have been 7 months and in my opinion staff I have had a good experience the problems I have had have been solved quickly and willingly by the neighbors because it is something that they have no control but they have been friendly and without bothering !!
