Very difficult company to work with. They are snooty from the beginning answering calls with immediate pompous attitude until they realize that you are eligible to to afford their fees. After you move in the coldness starts over. They hire cheap vendors for repair, take lengthy amounts of time to respond. We had a gas leak from a dryer for over two months before they finally repaired it. They use old photos to dispute accountability leaving homes in conditions for the renters to fix up. I paid $600 for carpet cleaning when I first moved in. $300 for window coverings because they did not provide clean coverings, and their vendors will leave messes for you to clean up. $700 in yard work left to me for clean up only 4 months after my move in. Broken jigsaw blades and fragments left in my yard after irrigation repair was here. Nests, foam, and pigeon feces left in the yard for me to pay to have cleaned up. Do not recommend. I have only ever rented 3 times in my life and have never been unhappy with my experience until this move. I’ve only ever heard of this insanity online not realizing how prominent it is but this company is part of the problem in America’s rental system.

Chini is so attentive and very fast at responding. She did a great job being not just a realtor but turned into a great friend. She was helping me find my new home in Vegas and I am forever grateful for her. Not only does she have patience, but a great attitude!

Licensed real estate agents have the power to help their clients buy, sell, and rent real estate properties while working for a broker or brokerage firm. A real estate broker has completed additional training and licensing that allows them to work independently. Real estate brokers can also hire other real estate sales agents to work for them.
The main responsibility of a property manager is to take care of the day-to-day tasks associated with running a rental property. This includes property management tasks such as marketing the property, screening prospective tenants, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, and dealing with tenant complaints.
