Pretty lousy experience and I’m an easy going person. Came here for a second opinion and to see Dr. Singh specifically. I made an appointment to see this doctor and upon arriving, I waited an hour+ to get into a room with an appointment. Then to top it off the DR doesn’t even see me a nurse does. The staff was nice enough but being nice doesn’t diagnose my medical issues. So overall, I left work early, re arranged my day to show up early to an appointment I had to wait an hour for anyways. Wasn’t seen by the Dr. I made the appointment with and left with no answers or confidence in what I was told. I would not recommend coming here unless you like wasting your time.

I am extremely disturbed! Dr Khan is Absolutely shameless, rude and unprofessional! 2nd horrible experience with her! First time my appointment was at noon. She started calling about 6 times starting 10:50!!! I finally answered wondering what is going on and who is this?! Turns out to be "Dr. KHAN"... Today... my appointment was at 10:30! I'm sorry Dr. KHAN I'm not a Dr but I have a busy schedule too! When I have an appointment I scheduled around it so calling me at ur leisure will not work! When I confronted her about last time same thing... she got upset and said " "well I will try and call back" and as I started telling her to hold on because I have stuff that needs to go in freezer.... she had already hung Up on me! I can't believe this! I am reporting to the State Medical board What a shame on you Dr. KHAN!!!

Absolutely awful experience, awful service, awful expertise. Very long wait, find out I get to see a NP instead of the MD doctor I scheduled specifically to see. Their office is dirty and does not look professional in any way, shape, or form. Do you really want your doctor's office to have sanitation issues? I went in because I have sleeping problems, and they prescribe an at-home sleep apnea test. Great, except it's administered by a company that has 1 star reviews (literally. Google 'Blackstone Medical Group'). Needless to say, I got scammed by this company because I didn't think my medical doctor would be using me to milk me for insurance money. This medical group is only it for the money, it's plain as day. I write this review not because I'm angry or resentful, but because I do not want anyone else to get taken for a ride when their medical health is on the line. Do NOT go here.
