Loud upstairs neighbor kids running all days .. please don't move here. No solution we have complaint so many times they mentioned this was it is when you live downstairs. you have to get used to it Seriously this is reply from management . its says quite and peaceful living but trust me its not !! its 24 hours loud noise so you cant answer to your tenant like this.

If you are a first time apartment seeker than this place will take you. However, the leasing office agents are not very clear in regards to certain terms, make empty promises, & communication needs huge improvement. On top of that they charge you an insane amount for a small apartment, as if this is Jersey City or NYC. Maintenance is unprofessional and rude. They barge in, if you are home in the day, and get mad because you didn’t open the door. When we have the right to refuse for none urgent matters. The newly renovated apartments look aesthetically nice but are cheap and appliances / surfaces get dirty super quickly. Charge you all these deposit fees but can’t keep track or have no records of anything. Unfortunately this place is only looking to gain profit from you. They don’t care of actual service to the renters and apartments remind me of dormitories. Loud music and weed smell near 12-14 Marion Drive, kids playing all summer, dirtying front yard, and throwing balls at renters doors. This place is awful. Be warned in advanced preceed with HUGE caution. And find other options if can.

Started looking houses on January and told them we’re going to move out they said I need to give 60 days notice otherwise I have to sign monthly lease and pay extra $100 per month in order to give 30 days notice. Now I want to move out on November 6 because it’s weekend they’re asking me to pay full month rent. Being there for 6 years and paying rent always on time they don’t allow me to stay extra 1 week even though I gave them 5 weeks notice. I already paid extra $100 every month since April just to get my $1500 deposit back already lost half of my deposit by paying that extra $100 every month.
