The thing that I find most discerning is that you cannot speak to anyone at the location directly, you have to call the general number. This would not even matter if my prescription was filled but because it wasn't I have to wait for a call back from the central office just so they can connect me to the location or worse, speak on their behalf. NB. I should have started my antibiotics a day ago.

I have followed my PA from W. Charleston location, Oakey, Sienna Heights, then Next to 7-11 to this location. Once you find a great PCP you'll follow wherever they relocate to lol. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. The waiting area, is always nice and clean. The restrooms are clean. There is Quest Lab there, on site. I highly recommend this location without any doubt. There is plenty of parking. Once you're called back into a room, you'll find them to be kept extremely clean. The only downfall for me, is it's a distance, from where I live in Las Vegas. Just wish it was a lot closer.

I went here with some hand pain and they saw me pretty quickly. The front desk staff was great. They took x-rays and blood that day. It was quick and painless. I will be back and I will make a follow up soon.
