I was referred to this office by my doctor of 8 years who retired. It took months of calling to get a callback with an appointment. It wasn’t until in my message I pointed out that my husband got a call back after one message that I finally got a call back. My first appointment started with a medical student, which was fine with me until I met him. He was rude and arrogant. He asked me a question then would interrupt my answer to say my answer was irrelevant. My past history with low cortisol was very important information so they could understand what I had been dealing with before coming here. Doctor came in next and was in the room for less than 2 minutes. Also dismissive. I was left with more questions than answers. My next appointment was with a different medical student who was also rude. Then a different doctor from last time. Even though I discussed continued symptoms they kept me on the same dosage of meds. Leaving me with joint pain, low heart rate, heart palpitations, muscle weakness etc. After the doctor left the room the medical student came back in and said “oh by the way you have high cholesterol” but then couldn’t answer any of my questions. He dismissed me altogether. Isn’t high cholesterol an issue that should be discussed? Not a piece of information you toss at a patient on your way out the door! Every appointment was a different doctor! Each one had a different opinion on how to treat my thyroid and adrenal issues. This is not a good way to treat a patient! My previous doctor also provided hormone therapy. He treated the ENTIRE endocrine system unlike “LV Endocrinology”. This office only offers hormone therapy to men. This is a perfect example of how modern medicine continues to leave women out of the equation. Luckily I found amazing doctors with Paloma Health online. They were not afraid to triple my medication dosages (from what LV endocrinology had me on) and I’m now feeling so much better. I finally have the energy am pain free and able to do what I love. I’m hiking over 4 miles again and back to lifting weights in the gym. If you want to feel better like me I highly recommend going somewhere else like I did. Don’t waste your time or your health here.

This is the worst place I have ever been in. They loose the referrals and cancel appointments on the last minute, I got miss treated. It's terrible the customer service stink they don't answer the phone or respond to the portal. At times they don't open when they say they are open.

An excellent Physician. The staff has no clue what’s going on. Had had an appt. To get biopsy results. That is what I told the receptionist “I have an appointment at 10:30 to get my BIOPSY RESULTS .” I waited in the outer waiting room about 30. Minutes. Then was led into the inner waiting room. Not only do I have thyroid cancer but need a selective neck dissection for a possibly cancerous lymph node, I found out about from the surgeon. I also have CRPS, a nerve disease that causes 24/7 pain. I waited by now in screaming pain, when an employee walked in and asked why I was here? I told her, for the biopsy reports. She replied, “Oh we don’t have them yet” I left the office and the practice. Drs. And staff seem to totally disregard how important the Patient’s time is. What has happened to courtesy and caring? A horrific experience . I don’t take pain killers when drive. On top of that the thyroid not functioning increases my pain twofold. I’m done
