It has become obvious that Spinx allows their associates to mistreat and disrespect the customers. Most associates now are young adults or older adults from different countries and people of a variety of colors. Appears that there is a racist attitude towards certain customers. I visited the store to get chicken & Mara was very rude. When I asked about the freshness of the chicken she started being rude to me. I would like the tape reviewed starting at 7:40. I shouldn't have to deal with a bad attitude then she started arguing with me. Then Quon came over to try & bully me & he can be seen on the tape yelling as he went behind the counter & this situation had nothing to do with him. This has scared me & I feel unsafe at this location. Nobody stopped to be nice. Please review the tape & contact me immediately. This isn't right. It's Store 1417 on Washington St in Greenville SC.
