Melissa has been amazing to work with. She has helped me process trauma using EMDR and I love that she offers individual therapy but also couple therapy so I can grow and learn about myself but also create and enjoy lasting relationships with my significant other. I feel like she has helped me learn to set boundaries and has helped share techniques to help prevent burnout as well.
