I’m guessing he was the veterans representative or a supervisor but either way he said my dd-214 was blacked only that would happen is if an employee of job connect did it and that was not even my most recent one(I was a reservist with no deployments just a lat move and some ados) and also tried to tell me I had no recent experience in what I was looking into he just blatantly said I don’t get the veterans preference even though I got it 2018 and prior when ever I used job connect before(not trying to abuse anything or cry victim) just trying to better myself

Arlene Griffith was absolutely amazing. This was the first time I’ve been unemployed since 17. Arlene was not only able to point me in the right direction, she was able to equip me with tools necessary to be able find a job fitting for my liking as well as my qualifications. What I expected to be a stressful 9am meeting ended up being a wonderful experience to the start of my day. I think anyone looking for job should definitely reach out to Nevada JobConnect. Thank you!

They helped me with a job search 4 years ago, that same day I had an interview and got hired. Im still at that same job today and am so grateful to Job Connect Henderson!!

Yes making an appointment is actually better . I waited a couple hours because i didnt make an appointment. Walk ins are first come, first serve.
I believe job connect is closed due to the virus. They have a job board where you write down the number and a worker will give you more information regarding that job you selected
there is a question from BPS dept says Identity in person needed
They have public computers and you can do it online however the online process takes quite a while
I don't think so
programs vary, however, come in register & then speak with an Employment counselor
They can help you file for unemployment and find a job too
You can go to there website or go into the office talk to there agent, I posted before, from job connect website good luck, what you hiring, I need a job
Yes
I'd recommend making an appointment. That way you will have a dedicated representative to coordinate with.
No you don't need to schedule any appointments, if you need to seek a case worker or referring you to a job that post on their board, then they will give you one right then and there, go early, if you go late you might have to wait longer, hope that's help
They help with half. Plus you have to register with them and the employer has to fill out a form.
You can speak to an actual representative from the unemployment office there. Best thing to do is to file for it online first & then if you run into issues or setbacks from your online application process, then speak to an actual rep there - (As opposed to calling from home, which I never had any luck getting through to a rep.)
The receptionist can assist you.
Yes you can as long as you have a Social
It depends on how many hours you work and tax declaration.
