This place is disgusting. No matter how hard you try the roaches never stop coming (maybe if they used all that money for an exterminator…) it’s almost inhabitable. They painted and think it’s worth $1200/mo for a one bedroom. The cupboards aren’t even on all the way! This is always gonna be the ghetto lakewood we all know, it’ll never change. “Per Nevada law, landlords are required to “maintain the dwelling unit in a habitable condition.” This includes pest control measures in cases where a tenant is not responsible for an infestation.”

I think this is a great community. Loved the trash services. What a great quality. This is in an area that some may feel us ghetto, so to speak, but I know I would be safe. If that helps you understand the essence of the place. It used to be a place where you go to find trouble and of course trouble is everywhere but regardless the renovations and spaces are so fresh and new. Feels great.

Yep it's nicer now then it was before they have done ALOT to the place over this past year or so a whole lot better

Do not move in there not only is the entire place infested with bed bugs but it's nothing but trouble Tonya In the office is nice at first to get u in but once ur in she won't help u for anything if something is broke good luck getting it fixed do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble and agrevation and find some place else anyplace
The towing company are allowed on property at any time to tag unauthorized vehicles, or vehicles that are in violation. However, they are only authorized to tow with managements approval.
Nice apartments priced just right for the area, teanants just need to watch their kids play outside so they won't destroy everything the new owners are trying to improve
