i've lived here about a year now and have no complaints. the only thing i wish is if they upgraded the play area for the kids and add more lighting at night if you have to be out late in the complex.

I lived at the Terracina Apts. For 3 years and have never seen Roaches, bugs! Whenever I asked the people that worked in the office to do something for my apt. They would take care of it! Especially I would like to thank Selena she works in the office, she listens to your concerns and she takes care of it. I am really pleased with her professionalism!

They accept coins but also use a smart phone app called PayRange where you can Bluetooth payments to the machines directly from your phone. It's actually very convenient.
Previous management did, but new company just took over the property. So it is as of yet unclear.

My mother resides here, they aren't prompt with maintenance. Parking IS assigned but is terrible, Many residents park on the street. They do have a new manager maybe that'll change. To answer your questions. Rent depends on how long you sign your lease 9+ months is usually the least expensive. The deposit depends on your rental history.
