Maybe something has changed lived there 5 months ago, maitnence was great and had parking. Had a 2 bedroom with 1 yr lease 819.00 month and then went on a month to month looming for a 1 bedroom, rent didn't go up was like that for 4 months. I know 1 bedroom is 6 something a month.
