I lived here from 2015 to 2018. My rent was $1,295 and I was in one of the new buildings. My experience was great. I loved the location because you are literally close to everything. They kept my rent the same for the three years I was there. They were such cute units. I had a 3 bedroom with garage. The garage is small and thin. I found it difficult to get in and out of. So, I used the garage for storage. Overall happy 😊 with Villa Azure! I am sure they go for a lot more now being that is 2022 now.
