The Staff has changed since moving in and not for the better. They are constantly closed during business hours for a wide variety of reasons (No I'm not counting when they have to show a unit). I have a neighbor who constantly blasts action movies on his surround sound. I gave the shared wall a few taps (Nothing rude or too hard)on the wall to let him know that it was too loud but he ignored my taps. After a few months of putting up with it I could not take it any more so I told the office about it. They sent him a notice. He lied to them, said he doesn't have a surround sound. Then he said that he does play movies but not loudly. Apparently his lie was enough since they said he doesn't play them loud and never did anything after that. That was a year ago. Since then he has played loud movies nearly every week on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. It's so loud that I can't sleep. I work Graveyard for a casino and sleep during the day. When he plays his loud movies I don't get to sleep for hours. Because of this I have slept through my alarm numerous times and I am now in jeopardy of losing my job from being tardy to often. Another lovely neighbor has a custom street car that he's customized to start so loudly it wakes me up at 6:15 in the morning. He then revs his engine several times as makes his way out of the complex. I admit that I have not complained about him to the office. I haven't because I don't want any problems. I have plenty of video of the neighbors movies blasting through the wall and of the guy revving the engine. I like my apartment but I don't know if I can keep putting up with what's going on here. I overlook so much because I know that its a multi family building so I don't expect it to be quiet all the time but I also should not have to put up with these 2 guys making loud sounds all the time.
