I have been at Sunset Winds for 5 years. It has been a great experience. The grounds are wellsintainef, and my apartment is comfortable for me. The people in the office have always been considerate and easy to talk to. But what I think is the amazing part is whenever I have submitted a request for maintenance, they have always been at my door in less than an hour.

Recently, I applied here. According to their online portal, I was approved. AFTER approval, they asked for additional proof of income. I don’t know if it was discriminatory but I’m CERTAIN it was unfair housing practices. They ALTERED THEIR POLICY AFTER APPROVAL! I was bothered by it and requested the $300 admin fee be returned. THESE CROOKS REFUSED. Shameful and Disgraceful. I’ve been in the immediate area nearly 7 years: homeownership and rental. I am a first time grandmother with NO rental blemishes. I have had ZERO conflict. DO NOT RENT HERE…They don’t deserve you. After reading my Reviews, it appears retaining admin fees is more common here than I thought. If anyone wants to initiate a Class Action Lawsuit...I'll make the time. Seriously.

These apartments are nice and peaceful and don’t get me wrong the management is nice and so is the maintenance, but I feel like they really need to work harder at solving issues I’ve put in 3 different work orders for my refrigerator before they finally gave me a new one had to buy food 3 different times cause it went bad never got compensated for the money I had to keep spending because they kept telling me my fridge would fix itself then I’ve put in 6 work orders for my air condition cause it kept leaking in my apartment and the problem kept continuing so let’s hope that this time it’s actually fixed, but then when they came to fix it recently they left my hose for my washer out of the drain didn’t put it back luckily I saw it before I started laundry or my floor would’ve been flooded then they left my light on all day because they came in to fix it when I wasn’t here which is fine but are you going to pay my electric bill for leaving my light on for 4 hours. It’s just very frustrating when you have to keep complaining about the same issues and they do not get resolved they are just temporarily fixed.

Kiana and latessia are great I moved in and great customer service. Called for a maintenance emergency and maintenance called back right away and came and fixed my issues within 22 minutes start and finish. You can't beat that for maintenance anywhere else. Thank you guys for this.
