Maintenance service excellent. I had to call after hours, but they responded quickly and they were efficient. We were extremely pleased. We have a terminally ill child who has costly meds in the fridge. They were not aware of this. They still responded within 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself. He was wonderful. He worked all day and spent another 2 plus hours at our place. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service. Great place to live!!.

The Palm Villas at Whitney Ranch is a marvelous place to live the apartments are spacious. If there is a problem in the apartment you call the office and the office will send someone from maintenance to handle your problem.

Been a resident in Palm Villas for almost a year and it has been a very pleasant experience - grounds are kept clean and residents are quiet and respectful. Management and maintenance staff are very quick to respond to requests and resolve any issues. A very professionally run apartment complex which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment charging reasonable rent.
