Nice place to live just the walls are very thin so you do hear your neighbor more than you should.

Current resident who is moving out and I’m sorry, this place isn’t worth it. Literally the day we moved in as we were handed the keys, a huge queen momma roach made herself known and because the manager at the time felt bad, he claimed he would knock $100 off our security deposit. The unit wasn’t cleaned and ready and he asked if it was better if we moved in maybe in a few days but we literally had nowhere to go and weren’t paying for a hotel so we bit our tongues. Had a bed bug infestation and because it was maybe a week or two after move in, management claimed they couldn’t prove we didn’t bring it in despite telling us the previous resident below us had a bad infestation with roaches and bed bugs. Even the bug guy said there’s no way the bed bugs were babies (meaning newly brought here by us). When new management came in, we wanted to talk about our security deposit as the previous manager stated we could move in and just pay the deposit every other week via money order. Well of course nobody knew what we were talking about and there was no record of this agreement so though they see we never had a security deposit paid, they couldn’t do anything about the money orders we paid (about $800). We’ve been asking since day 1 for new light sockets because plugs fall out so easy or won’t light/charge anything at all when plugged in. I will say it’s quiet, never had an issue with neighbors besides them being occasionally noisy but overall, nice. Getting maintenance to fulfill a work order will take weeks if not months. We moved here December 2019 and our front door was leaking in cold outside air. Guess when it was fixed? September 2020! And that’s only because the newer manager wanted to replace and repaint everyone’s door! So if she didn’t do that, we’d still have the same door! We’ve had 3 new managers at least in the last 2 years. Renewing isn’t financially worth all these problems. So though it might look attractive to get a 3 bedroom for less than $1200, consider all of this.
