Management sent pictures of wrong apartment and denied refund of all deposits. Management is inept. Senior management will not return calls or emails. And based upon their response to my initial post, their online team isn't any better. Your manager sent pictures of wrong apartment when lease ended. Robbing me off my deposits. Made false claims about carpet as well. Pictures sent showed wrong hardware over bar area, wrong color carpet, and wrong tub design.

Worst apartments since we moved here 12/2020 ,maintenance is horrible to the point I don’t even bother. I went to buy an air filter after telling them multiple times . Mold and water leak still going on since I told them months ago . They keep saying they will fix it . I see how they work they just make it seem like they’ll come goofing for your leave to be over to just do it then . Definitely can’t wait for my leave to be over not worth paying the raised rent.. tired of contacting them over and over and over . Finally decided to expose these apartments hopefully helps others and saves them headaches .

I was to move to Villa Serena in May from out of state, site unseen. I guess I got tangled up in the middle of their company changing hands. I signed my lease online and never heard back about a confirmation. I called a week later and was told that half my lease was lost and they needed me to resign. Not feeling very confident about their customer service and the way they handled my personal information as well as dealing with someone moving from out of state, I asked for my 300 deposit back and 50 credit check fee that was never even used for my mother because it wasn't needed. Never did get that 350 back!! Even after the manager said he would "make a call". Poor way to deal with hard working and honest potential clients!!

We have been here for about two months now, the apartment is a renovated unit and it is beautiful. The location is great, the community is not loud or crazy. The only thing that I found thus far to be a negative is that upon moving in there was a checklist of things that were not up to par (which were minor things) HOWEVER no one ever followed up on it or came to fix anything which is VERY annoying, especially since I have this very large closet that I can not even fully use because one of the poles i frikkin broken..... I am okay with it for now but I was hoping for some more communication
