I live here for 10yrs with my 2 children on the 3rd floor in a 3 bedroom. They fix your request so fast I would brag about how fast things got fixed. I was fortunate to get a view of the airport and the mountain scenery was beautiful 😍. 3 pools my children loved this place. Ended up buying a home the only reason I left.

Update: We've lived here for a little over 5 months now, and absolutely love it. Can't beat the views of the strip and mountains, if you're lucky enough to get one of the units on the north side. We're happy here. Beautiful and clean property in a wonderful location! Front office staff, particularly Jennifer, were accommodating and extremely nice. We are moving here in a few weeks, super excited to join this community.

The staff here is very professional and serious about the concerns of all the residents and visitors. The property grounds are very well kept neat And there are plenty of well lit areas. Everyone that lives here is very courteous to me and my family. It’s a very nice place to live.

Background: I have lived here less than 6 months. I have submitted 3 maintenance requests (none of which were at fault of the resident), which included scheduling a 3 hour window for arrival (staff did not have permission to enter as I need to be present because I have a dog). During all three scheduled windows, maintenance had failed to show up and did not communicate with the resident. I had to call the office multiple times in order for the maintenance request to be resolved. When talking to the office, staff did not validate my frustrations or offer alternative methods to resolve the maintenance issues. I had to schedule additional maintenance appointments in order for my requests to be fulfilled. I am extremely frustrated with the maintenance staff and front office.
