It's an all around mess, they can't keep no counselors, staff can care a less about the people that goes there. It's supposed to be all good if they mess up and make a mistake, but god for bid one of the patients do, your dose gets dropped and you're stuck to where you were when you first got there. Self payees have to pay entirely too much for the methadone that's WATERED DOWN!!!!!!! (BTW, price has gone up again) ... Anyhow, like I said, this place needs HELP!!! In my honest opinion, this place is just a legalized clinic and they're making a KILLING!!!!!!!! SMDH

This place is a joke. I am currently stuck at a clinic trying to guest dose and they can't answer the phone. Special care line doesn't answer, Charlotte doesn't care, crisis line number is a joke and the guy answering is CLUELESS. Called the Lenoir office and they can't get through EITHER. Having to now leave and come back later and try again because now my boyfriend is late for work. My daughter passed away in April and this is more grief and stress I do not need. I will be calling Raleigh this morning and filing a complaint. How unprofessional. Been calling for over an HOUR!!!!

Do not have to start over
Yes
You dont need insurance. You can pay cash. If you have medicaid, medicaid pays for everything. For others to say you must have insurance are morons
This is an out patient facility only. I do know that as of this moment they have a sign up stating that they're not accepting new patients at this time. I wish you the best. I know Asheville has a good methadone clinic. Idk if that one is inpatient or only outpatient only. May God Bless You!
Anyone can come here. And no, you dont need insurance. But it helps if you have medicaid
I asked about that today and I was told that I would need to call in the morning to find out what time they will open but that they will be open.
