Each trail has a phenomenal view of the gorge below. The waterfalls are breathtaking and the river is a calming oasis. One of my best hikes in NC.

Actually, yes. Mind you, the road can get pretty rough. However, I have seen plenty of small campers set up there. No RV hookups, so be mindful with your waste.
Wiseman's View and Linville Falls are definitely your best options. The Pinnacle Trail is very short and also has a really nice view of Shortoff and Lake James.
I usually have service at shortoff and a good bit around table rock.
Yes, and with the rains im sure it will be so beatiful with the elevated water levels.
