Wiseman's View and Linville Falls are definitely your best options. The Pinnacle Trail is very short and also has a really nice view of Shortoff and Lake James.
Wiseman's View and the Linville Falls are the best views for the accessible walks to them. The rest of the hikes are pretty rigorous!
