If you're trying to get a rental car through your insurance and don't need a big SUV, go elsewhere. The people are nice, so that's a plus. I've been trying to get a smaller 4 door car for over a week now. The first time I came, they neglected to tell me beforehand they only had SUVs. That's cool, I'll just wait longer. When setting up an appointment, you do not get a confirmation text, email, or anything. Between all of the chaos of getting things situated after my car crash, I mistakenly got my pick up date confused. I called and found out it was today at 4, and immediately let them know I was on my way. I arrived only to be given the option of a car with gross stains in the back seat or a super tiny claustrophobic car. After denying both, the guy mentions he had another car in mind for me, but someone is currently in the process of renting it with another employee. What was the point of telling me that??? I let you know I was coming and then you casually let me know you gave away the car I've been waiting for. At this point, I'm willing to throw more money at another enterprise just to get this process over.
