Worst car rental experience ever! Wanted to scam extra insurance and toll package in order to rent their vehicle. They said I had to have $300,000 policy. I took my party of 7 and shuttled back to the airport. We had to find a new rental. I wasn't going to pay their hidden costs. The whole place seemed shady! Thank goodness we didnt fly in at night and had to deal with this!

I had a pretty horrible experience and would never go to them again. They will be out of business soon.

Normally it takes a few days for the money to be reapplied to your acct. Depends on your bank.

I just kept the basic insurance with no problems at the counter. The roll feel was optional but probably more cost effective, not a huge fan of it but they’re definitely not the only rental car company to do this. I wouldn’t call them thieves but they’re quite a ways from the airport and the shuttle should run more frequently.

Well, I had my car insurance and bought extra coverage from Expedia. They were not good enough for Next Car. Stay away from these scammers.

They not the best rental car place. I was ram sacked when I got there with this boeguess fees. They blame Expedia for not charging me, because I didn't use a credit card. This is the only place I had problems with in using my debit card. I was supposed to pay $238 for the week and ended up paying $450 instead and plus $250 deposited. It almost ruined my vacation.

This is somewhat true as I had to show proof of my personal insurance in order not to pay for theirs and still ended up paying way more than the initial cost. Also they do not accept American express credit card which was never disclose while reserving the car online. I used my American express card to make the reservation and was surprised when I showed up to retrieve the vehicle that this form of payment is not accepted. I am now in dispute to have my American express account reimbursed as I had to use a different form of payment. The company also over charged me after returning the vehicle on time claiming this was an error in the computer system which charged me for an additional day of rental. I had to wait a few days for them to credit my account after several attempts to question the additional charges. With all these discrepancies I would not recommend renting from this company as it end up costing you more or just as much as the reputable rental car agencies. Avoid

I was robbed from the shuttle driver who put my bags in the back and notice my wallet and manage to take out about $200 in twenty in a quick swift. I notice my money missing when I got to my hotel. The rental place is a total disgrace and huge scammers. They refuse my full coverage for insurance insisting they needed $300,000 coverage per person. They also had me pay a down payment in a separate credit card, which I am still waiting for return. Bottom line is that I left the rental without a car and had to return back to the airport to rent at a known rental. There were others in the place that were livid and upset with their policy and professionalism. Stay away from this place. I will inform BBB.
