they refused to do anything for 2 years. 3 changes of management in around 3 years. laundry machines fell apart and the new ones cost double what they used too. impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. and is way over priced. dont go here.

Where is the new playground gonna be built in sunset garden apartments? I got a paper from the company saying there building the playground and what it looks like but where, it doesn’t show where there gonna build it.

Apparently some electrical work was done in my hallway and it was left unfinished...I know this because the entire mess is still on the landing between mine and my neighbors door..wiring..sheet rock ..sheet rock dust
