Go anywhere, but here… Please. They aim to offer euthanasia and they’ll do so before offering tests. The receptionist is a nightmare (she was extremely rude and unprofessional, and fights with patients in the lobby. Please Google other emergency pet care offices near you, and ho the extra few miles for the sale of your pet’s care. This place should be shut down.

Visited this animal hospital recently due to a health emergency of our pet. The compassion shown to my beloved cat & I were so much appreciated. The vet tech was kind & gentle which helped to alleviate some of the stress. The vet took the time to explain everything as well as our options in a most empathetic way. I highly recommend this place should a pet emergency arise.

Brought our 14 year old beagle who wasn't eating for drinking for 2 days. Staff was caring and compassionate. The receptionist. Amanda, was very nice and came in and said hi to our sick pup a few times. She was very compassionate. Would take my dogs there again.

This place is hands down the top emergency vet clinic in NY. The staff are awesome and very professional and the facility was very clean I'd bring my dog back for any emergency.

Depends on the situation, I'm thinking. What I do know in dealing with this facility for the first time is they are nice, expedient, they follow up. Overall, a more than satisfactory experience when your vet is not available. And they follow up with your vet after your visit. Can't put a price on good care & accountability.
Unfortunately we are understaffed and unable to get a veterinarian. But when we are closed the Poughkeepsie location is open. We apologize but we are doing our best and hopefully soon be fully staffed.
