Rude and apparently overworked and understaffed. Woman jumped down my throat when she complained they had too much work and I suggested perhaps they should open before 11am. The gentleman was helpful the woman seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Told me 2 weeks wait for break adjustment and pads. I'll never be back and she doesn't seem to care

Hi, We sell new bicycles as well as service all makes and models. As present we are not setup to take trade ins.
Im sure you can have them true the wheel but if it's actually bent it may be a goner. Bring it in and Steve will get you all straightened out.
