I used to love going here, been going here since 2010. Recently I called their automated machine to make an appointment, worked fine but then had to cancel it due to conflict. So when I tried again with the automated machine they were booking me for January 2023. So I went online and made the appointment, little did I know it was for a Telehealth appointment. Drove all the way to Kingston for them to tell me it was a Telehealth appointment, that they emailed and texted it was canceled but I never received anything. They had to rebook me to November. They need to get rid of the automated machine, this all could have been fixed if I could have called the office and confirmed my appointment.

I only give this business a one star because of the fact that there's absolutely zero way to contact anyone, every time I go and try to call them you get put on an infinite loop of wait times for hours and then it just hangs up on you. If you try to use their online chat and get a phone number or anything it gives you an infinite loop against an automated service any reason that you have to do anything with this company you have to go into the store and you can't talk to anyone beforehand. The people inside I've never had a problem with but there are plenty of times especially in a COVID environment that you should be able to talk somebody on the phone and they absolutely refuse to as a corporation.

I used to be happy with my experience here, but recently they have been appalling. Their phone system does not allow you to talk to anyone in the store so you have to drive in to get any answer. There online chat says the same thing as their phone and is no help, due to being a robot. I finally got to the store and the worker said one thing but when I returned they changed what they said and it was very confusing. The process of ordering anything there seems to take forever as well. Overall would definitely not recommend anyone going there.

Signed up on websight waited 7 weeks for a appointment and told me on the morning of the appointment there are no Saturday eye doc visits to check my eyes and there are tele visits only. How the hell can you check someone’s eyes on a tele visit. Calling vision works phone number good luck there as bad as there appointment service you’ll never get them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
