I've been living at the Heritage at Settlers Landing for 9 years and love the location, the size of my two bedroom unit and the staff. The staff are easily accessible and if there are any maintenance issues they communicate with you and are taken care of in a timely manner. The location is great. There are a lot of festivals, concerts, restaurants and bars around. There is something for everyone. I'm excited about how downtown Hampton is expanding.

Great apartment complex. Being a Hampton University student, I needed something close to campus, affordable and with a great surrounding area. The front office is great with answering the phone, handling packages and getting back to you in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment to first time apartment buyers or anyone looking for a new place!

Love the location of this Community. Close to everything and has a dog park nearby to take my dog Murphy. The staff is very friendly as well. The apartment homes are very spacious and roomy. Highly recommend calling this Community your home!

Horrible management! So unprofessional literally the week we were suppose to move in she called us and said we can’t! Now what if we had nowhere else to go? And we were depending on moving into our apartment that we signed a lease for? They didn’t care they just were like oh well yea you can’t move in so good luck! Ugh I would not recommend to no one ever! I should’ve listened to the reviews before even deciding to go with them!Laremy, we greatly apologize for any issues you may have had.
