I will say this place was my first apt and I was paying $770 for a 1 a bedroom starting in 2020 now the rent has increased to 1,000 in 2022 which is not worth it in my opinion . The walls are very thin and you can hear every little conversation that your neighbors have . I never experienced and rodent issues just a major fly issue right before I moved .

Great location, great price, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend to someone needing to be close to the base and looking for a great value.

I'm moving out today, but only due to personal reasons. This place has been lovely. Honestly, the apartments are so cute and very spacious as far as the one bed, one bath goes. (Also, no hallway kitchen of death) Hardwood and lenolium throughout, no carpet (thank God). Only one small issue is parking... it tends to be kind of hectic, and something to think about, the top floors do not have a back door. So carrying anything up was kind of a pain. Other than that, there is friendly staff, it's in a convenient area to downtown and the rest of the city... HU is right up the road. Oh, and Food Lion is literally right next to the apartments! It's also decently priced! I recommend a tour in person, I promise as soon as you walk in, you'll fall in love like I did.Thanks so much for the awesome review, Isabelle! I moved in to a 1/1 in May and I recently transferred to the large 2/1 I specifically asked the staff to have pest control come in and fumigate the apartment and to change the air filter before I moved in because I’m pregnant. I move in neither the apartment was fumigated nor was the air filter changed. Later that night my toilet was clogged and the shower head of the bathroom was rusted with mildew. The maintenance man had to come and remove the entire toilet to be able to unclog it. I called the office and all I’ve heard is I’m sorry. I don’t think ANYONE should have to live in these conditions especially not a pregnant woman. I haven’t been able to unpack anything because of the infestation of roaches in this apartment.Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so sorry you have encountered some problems. We have had a couple of staff changes since then and going forward we shouldn't have these issues.
