Lived here for a year. The house and amenities are really good. The leasing staff is extremely helpful. But the garage is not covered and completely open. Someone broke into my car while it was parked in the garage and took away everything valuable inside the car. Deciding to move out after this. But the location and the staff are great!

The area itself is pretty and nice. It has a cute small lake, and it has pretty green areas. There are many grocery stores within a mile distance. There is a beautiful park nearby for kids and adults to have some fun time, but there are a lot of problems that I am facing while living here and my experience of living in Americana is pathetic and I would never recommend anyone. The walls are so creaky and thin that you could also hear people snoring from the other apartment.Theft is the major problem as since I have been here I have lost more than 10 packages and the worst part is the leasing office does nothing even after they receive many complaints. In fact they are least bothered about the problems people are facing, they only care about the money that they receive. I regret living here.

I don't know about it, I never stayed. Lol!!! I was in the back street , barbecuing with friends to the Warriors home game, lol. But from the looks of the place, the peacefulness of the respect of the guests for one another and the location , I'd say it's a wonderful place to stay!!

Mu updated apartment was nice but services are poor (e.g., elevator broken regularly, mail stolen regularly across months). A lot of theft (from cars to bicycles to mail - including my drivers license which was used to open credit cards.) Surrounded by RVs on the streets around the complex so unsightly and feels unsafe. Great location but recommend avoid. Management refuses to put in cameras to stop theft or have the ability to monitor safety.
