High quality apartments in the proximity of downtown mountain view. The best thing about these apartments is the location. It is near downtown and infront of caltrain station. The rooms are decently sized and build quality is moderate. Amenities like gym, pool, and rooftop fireplace are great add-ons. Overall a quiet place to be at. The lighting and ventilation is not that great. However central AC solves a bit for ventilation. The locality makes for a great morning walk.

My wife and I recently toured this property and fell in love at first glance. Justin, our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. He showed us two available apartments which looked really nice but the top floor unit was our favorite. Justin was extremely helpful to guide us the entire way and would always follow up to see how he could help us. My wife and I have been going apartment hunting for quite some time and it’s been very difficult but luckily Justin made it extremely easy for us. All in all, we really enjoyed the entire process and we are very excited to move in.

My husband and I have lived in Madera Apartments for 3 years. Throughout the years, we have been impressed with the level of service from the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The amenities here are great as well - the clubhouse, game room, BBQ, yoga studio, and pool/jacuzzi are all amenities we have enjoyed and will greatly miss! We are moving out of the area to the East Bay, and are sad to be leaving this wonderful community. We would highly recommend to anyone that's looking in the area. It is a wonderful place to live, and within walking distance to Castro Street, Mountain View CalTrain, and the MV Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings! Thank you for everything, Madera!!

I moved out of this place recently but I could tell you if you are looking for a great place to live and money is not a concern, this is it. It is one of the best setup in Silicon Valley. Great location to downtown Castro Street. Cross the street and you can get on a Caltrain, or community buses. Amenities are top quality with pools, bocci court, modern community center with complete gym equipments, and even a private theatre. Best of all, the staff is great. The maintenance people are a great team, special mention to Rene, who is always helpful and friendly. It is pricey but at least you got your money's worth. Will miss it.
