Gave this location a shot after the redwood City one couldn't / would not even inspect the AC in my car. They informed me that their AC guy was running late when I dropped off my car and then waited till I came back to pick up my car to let me know he hadn't come in at all. Don't waste your time with them.

The staff were very careless and rude, although I had appointment for 3pm o'clock, but I waited for about 3 hours until the car oil change was completed. I will never go there again.

First of all this place is a ripoff!! The manager coerces you to get a credit cards with them specially of you're getting your tyres changed. They will insist on changing them even if you don't need to. Furthermore, the apparent "discount" you acrue upon getting this card, is taken off by an imaginary insurance fee for the tyres. Which practically makes no sense. I am new to the area and was inadvertently tricked into it. This place is a complete sham! They force you to buy things you don't need and are not clear about it when they inform you. You find out about the labor and hidden costs later. But it's too late then. This business should be avoided at all costs! Not worth!! Utterly disappointed!! You'll find many garages around San Antonio rd. Go to them!

It's best to leave the car here and pick up later than to wait around for what could turn out to be over two hours for what might seem to be a small repair. Buy the extended warranties because all things tire related follows Murphy's Law (or because if you have teenager drives who tend to run into curbs): if you don't buy it then then you'll get a flat tire. Do a little wheeling and dealing and they will shave off $20.00 here or there on the estimate.
