Excellent service and care. The front desk employees were very helpful. Nicole and Dimitri were extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and comforting. Dimitri provided a thorough examination for the reason of my visit and gave me a plan of action. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care!

I book the appointment on line for 2.15 pm on July 15th 2022. Waited for 45 minutes outside in my car, very hot day 85 degree. Refused to let me sit inside, front desk told me, sick patient not allowed to sit inside. Dr Israel Gonzalez never checked me, told me I am covid positive, prescribed me medication for covid. Next day I went to CityMD urgent care, tested covid negative. They treated me well, Today July 28th. I am felling very well. No covid problem. Very bad experience.

Dr. Israel Gonzalez was wonderful. I had a foreign object stuck in my eye for over 24 hours and came in crying in severe pain. Dr. Gonzalez was so patient and kind, and very sympathetic to my discomfort as he examined me. He managed to remove the object as quickly and painlessly as possible and prescribed medication to make sure the abrasion didn’t become infected. The experience couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. Thank you so much!

I wish I could give all Pro Health facilities zero stars! watch out for overcharges on co pays and mix ups of your medical Information. I had to leave my primary doctor after she became a pro health employee.

I got regular test some months agobthat took 5 days to get results. Also I got a rapid test 2 weeks ago which took 20 minutes to get the result. As a note here, I am obviously infected by Covid but their test result was negative as the lab technician was not careful enough when using the nasal swab he basically took zero sample. Hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

do you carry the rapid covid test?
