Last week, we rented a cello from Paul Effman Music. The staff was very nice, he setup everything and let my girl tryout the cello. The rental process was clear and quick. Today I went back to change the cello case cause my girl prefer the case without the wheel. The owner was very nice and patient. He let me try, compared and explained to me. The amazing thing was he helped me to repair my full size cello bow! He told me, is his first time repair a bow but he did it!!! He didn’t charge me anything, cause he said he learned how to repair a bow! He is amazing!!! Not because of FOC, is the service he provide and the way he run the business is AMAZING!!!!!

I took the clarinet, and that my daughter had damaged on Wednesday morning. I mentioned to him that it would be great if I could get it back the same day because my daughter had band the next day. Jesse said they would do if they could to make sure my daughter’s instrument was repaired and they would look at it immediately. After taking a look at it, he knew immediately what the problem was without me, even having to explain it to him. He was able to make a quick repair as well as inspect the instrument to make sure there were no further issues. Jesse and Team went the extra mile by repairing it, checking it and making sure my daughter was able to attend band the next day. They were also incredibly nice and helpful. Without a doubt I fully recommend them and hope they stay in business a very long time as they are assets to the community.

Paul Effman music store and staff are warm, friendly, attentive, and prompt in helping my son and me with renting a violin. We rented the violin and went well. My son, who is passionate about practicing his violin-unfortunately; his bridge came off twice. When I brought the violin in, the staff and Jesse are amazing in addressing our concerns and teaching me about the instrument. When the bridge came off the second time-Jesse was attentive, and helpful with addressing the problem. He gave us a new violin with a new bridge with placing the color-coded lines on the instrument to help my son. My son and I are delighted we found this gem. We highly recommend Paul Effman’s Music store. Thank you and we are grateful. :)

We had Paul Effman Music fix our old cello. They restored it looking like almost brand new. Jesse is awesome! Super friendly and honest! He kept us posted on the status of the cello. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend this music store!

Sorry - we do not have any in stock at this time. We are experiencing unprecedented supply chain issues in the music industry. We can't even provide an ETA as to when we might see additional inventory.
Masks required. Social distancing required. Instrument repairs must be quarantined for 7-days in the shop prior to repair and 7-days after the repair as recommended by the CDC. The same quarantining policies apply to all instruments entering and exiting the building (exchanges, returns, etc).
