Met some very incompetent people working here who can’t figure out where my certified mail was delivered and who signed for it. I wasted so much time here. They don’t value customers’ time and just let you wait forever, then ask you to come back without any result. UPDATE : it turned out that the carrier (USPS employee) signed both mine and my husband’s names and claimed the mail was signed and delivered. Is this even legal? He falsified our signatures!
