Customer Service (CS) was awful. On 08/21/22, I placed an order and 30 days later, I have yet to receive the order. When I placed a call to CS for a refund, I go the run-around. Ultimately, I was told I could get 50% refunded since the UPS tracking noted I would receive the item on that day. However, if I didn't receive the item a full refund would be given. Guess what? The item has not yet arrived, and a refund was not guaranteed. It took almost an hour to speak to finally speak with a supervisor that finally said a refund would be given. I have to wait another 24 hours to ensure this occurs. This is absolutely one of the top worst CS calls.
