I have been a customer of Purity products for many many years. I had the genuine pleasure of speaking with Robert recently who, based on our conversation, obviously believes in customer service excellence. He is not only very knowledgeable and professional but he also is a very pleasant, kind, helpful and compassionate human being. Customer Service (CS) was awful. On 08/21/22, I placed an order and 30 days later, I have yet to receive the order. When I placed a call to CS for a refund, I go the run-around. Ultimately, I was told I could get 50% refunded since the UPS tracking noted I would receive the item on that day. However, if I didn't receive the item a full refund would be given. Guess what? The item has not yet arrived, and a refund was not guaranteed. It took almost an hour to speak to finally speak with a supervisor that finally said a refund would be given. I have to wait another 24 hours to ensure this occurs. This is absolutely one of the top worst CS calls.
