I caution anyone using this tire center to video/photograph their wheels and car before letting them perform any service on it. I have been an Executive Member for 20 years here and bought over 10 sets of tires. They damaged my OEM rim while installing tires in June and the store manager won't return my call to discuss. I hand-washed my car and wheels and noticed my tires needed replacing. My wife drove to Costco, stayed on-site and had the tires installed. When she arrived home, I immediately noticed the damage and we returned to Costco. They had us fill out a claim form. After several calls with the Tire Center Manager and Assistant Manager they had their insurance carrier contact me and say it was damaged before their service. I asked for the report that noted this damage before the service began and was told it was a clipboard report that was shredded after the service was complete and the info transferred to the final report. Why did they not inform my wife of damage before service since she was on-site? Why would they not save a report filled out before service began that noted damage? I am 100% certain they damaged my rim. Costco's customer service has sadly gone the way of many other large companies and they will not admit their mistakes.

Awesome people here. Took my car as a walk in and had it fixed in under two hours. I really appreciated their help. Also the warranty saved me a bunch of money. Highly recommend this place.
