Man o man, this place used to be the go-to spot for my vehicles. I hope someone at Mr. Tire pulls my record up and sees the money spent at this place. Today, I go in for two new front tires ($80 a piece) and a $30 nspection and the final bill is $360??? Do the math. B.S. fees across the board- shop supply fee, tire disposal fee, road hazard coverage. Adding BS fees and not stating them upfront is BAD business. More importantly, you lose future business.

Came here to have a tire patched. As they were doing it my husband was watching them. They continued to patch the tire, which I appreciate, but broke my sensor for the tire. Then when everything was finish they didn’t even tell him about it until my husband called it out. After that they tried to say that it was already broken, which it clearly was not. Now I have to spend over $50 to replace it. Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

I made trips to this shop 4 times in last 2 months. They replaced my tire and fixed 1 tire. First 2 times, the experience was good, recent front desk personnel has been horrible! He is rude! And he doesn’t even know basic courtesy of customer service!! A lot of training to be acquired for him!! The rating is not for the shop but for the person I got opportunity to interact with.
