I've used Mr. Tire for years for tires, and this location has always been great. I visited today for a tire repair (at no charge because we paid for the road hazard when purchasing the tires) and Brandy at the front desk was very friendly and personable, and fit me in quickly with no appointment while I waited.

Hoping I can save someone else time and a headache with this. About a year ago I had my catalytic converter stolen so I took it to them as they were the closest shop to my home. They replaced it but didn't install it right so I had to come back with it, an issue that a simple test drive afterwards would have caught. This past weekend I thought I'd save time by bringing my car to them for an oil change and check engine light code test since AAA wouldn't have an appointment until this week when I work. I got my car back and noticed the maintenance required light was still on and the oil change service sticker hadn't been changed. I called to ask whether the oil change actually happened which the guy said yes and if I brought my car back they'd fix the light and sticker. So I did, and everything seemed fine. Jump to today and a light saying low engine oil came on, which confused me since it should have been refilled during the oil change. So I checked the dipstick and it was completely dry. This could have made my engine seize up on the road, putting myself and others driving around me in danger. At this point I want nothing more to do with this shop, and I hate to make that decision since their location is so convenient to where I live. But I just can't keep wasting my time and peace of mind with these mistakes when it should have been completed when I paid for these things to be done.
