Went for an oil change. Not only did I have to wait an hour and a half after they pulled my car out of the bay for them to tell me it was done (when it was just sitting in the parking lot), I drove home and ran errands with NO OIL IN MY CAR. When I called they told me if I bought oil somewhere they'd reimburse me, but that doesn't change the fact that THERE SHOULD'VE BEEN OIL IN MY CAR TO BEGIN WITH. I had to drive back to the shop during rush hour. Did not feel like engaging in a drawn out confrontation about getting a refund when it was obvious they wanted me to just shut up about it and accept that they've definitely done it right this time. Will not be returning.

I've come here for state inspections twice now and both times were quick and convenient services. My most recent service was for my partner's vehicle, which was already in need of an oil change. They managed to spontaneously add that service to the inspection I booked and still get me out in less than an hour. I would recommend Atlantic Tire to anyone, especially folks who live and work in RTP.

Great guys! Awesome and fast service! Saved our day today when we came with a nail in a tire..they found a matching one at the wear house, delivered and installed it within 1.5 hours.. Would highly recommend!!

Very friendly and great service. We hit a major pothole a couple of miles from their shop. They had us in and out with 2 new tires and an alignment in a little more than an hour. Highly recommend!
