We’ve been living here for 1 month now and we love everything about this building..Everyone at the front desk is very nice and friendly.The amenities are wonderful plenty of space and never crowded.The apartment is great has enough space.I don’t think the walls are thin I never hear any neighbor and this place is soo clean ..I see them clean it every morning .Gym is great pool is amazing love everything so far .I don’t honestly understand all the bad reviews looks like it’s 1 person writing them all. Definetely 5 stars

It looks amazing when you tour it but management is bad. Kitchen sink Water pressure on 6th floor is ridiculously low. Fire alarm beeps for no reason. Their system is constantly down. Food delivery is not allowed to come to your door. Many issues. Stay away. In addition to all of this , gym equipment needs repair and the management doesn't seem to care. It's been more than a week that some machines aren't working and no sign to be repaired.

I’m next to the Zen garden which is a joke because people are put there playing loud music late into the night constantly. The one time I called the desk to complain she told me to call 911 which I refuse to do because of music, what is the point of building security. The fire alarm goes off CONSTANTLY, almost every day the week of this review. It’s extremely loud and very inconvenient, terrifies the dogs that live here. The mail room constantly doesn't scan in my packages or can’t find them when I do.

To the people in these reviews claiming “I’ve lived here for months and the fire alarms have only went off twice”, they’ve went off about 5 times within the last two weeks alone. One time being at 12 AM. Be for real in these reviews. I would also like to point out that this is a 650 unit building. Not everyone has the same neighbors, etc. My windows are in the zen garden and there is music blasting until all hours of the night CONSTANTLY. I feel like I live in an adult frat house. The walls are THIN. THIN. You can hear every word your neighbors speak. I can hear their child crying all day and night. I have witnessed couples fighting in the hallway. Yes, they did get rid of the original awful front desk staff and hired a new property manager but that doesn’t negate all of the cons.
