They need people who can operate the equipment, for all the machines they have, the outcome sure is poor. There’s a plow driver that thinks he owns the road and you yield to him. He’s dangerous and should probably be reminded that the residents his piss poor driving endangers actually pay him his check. I don’t pay outta my nose for taxes for it to be spent on wasted equipment and drivers that do dangerous things behind the wheel. If you can’t plow the roads with the money we pay for taxes, you’ll pay for the damage you cause..

Hello Guy. There is a water shut-off valve on your property somewhere outside (if you have city water). The Water Dept will know where it is. But, there should also be a main shut-off valve inside your home as well, which will shut off all the water in your house. I recommend shutting this off if you want water to stop inside your home. If there is an issue before this point with your pipes this is when the Water Dept. will respond, although it still may be an issue you will have to deal with.
