I signed up for a promo that will send you a Fitbit watch once you complete a few readings. I completed the readings on their faulty equipment and no Fitbit! I called several times complaining and ended my membership. I spoke to a Mgr who stated I was no longer a member but he will see if he can find out why I didn’t get my watch. They later send me an email saying it’s on the way and added a bogus tracking number to make me think they were sending it. Total gimmick and waste of time!

When I called to ask advice, after my insurance company advised me they would no longer offer the Livongo service for me, the person who assisted me at Livonga was terrific. Answered my question about how I could continue to use my current meter and ordered a new supply of test strips since they was still covered for now. Great customer service!

sent an email saying I was eligible as a federal employee, so I filled in all my information, used my time, to receive "sorry, you're not eligible!" Wonder what they'll do with my personal information!
