I had a horrible experience at this americas tire location. I went in to get some air in my tires. The person who checked them said they were very low and needed to be checked. I left my car for a few hours to have it checked. When I came back they just handed me the keys. I asked what had been done and they said they didn’t have any notes on the car. Someone went to go ask what had been done but no one seemed to have a straight answer. Perhaps they did nothing to the car. It was a waste of time and now I need to get my tires checked properly by someone who will actually do it.

I went in for a tire patch today, about 30 minutes before they closed, without an appointment and the customer service I received from all the guys was one of the best! While I don’t remember all their names I did also get assistance from Mauricio which I believe to be the manager and he was so friendly to every single customer that came in. As a single mom, I dread going to do things like this because I feel ripped off however, it was not the case here. 10/10 Recommend!

I bought a set of 4 Michelin Sport Pilot tires online with a nice rebate and military discount. Overall, good price! When I showed up for my appointment, there was a long line but they called my name and took me on time. Installer did a great job - correct wheels and tires in the correct places. He actually used a torque wrench to set the lug nuts! I didn't even have to ask! No surprises, no problems. Thanks guys!

Sunday my driver alert page said my right rear tire was at 25psi, low for the normal 35. I found a screw in the tread, no sidewall damage, so I knew it was easily patched. Took it to America's tire on Monday for a appointment, which they were ready right on time. An hour later it was fixed, free. I'm going to buy my next set of tires there for my other car.
